I am staying in Chennai. Dr. Karthikeyan is known to me when I met with an accident few years back at Coimbatore. After consulting him and getting his valuable advice and treatment, I got cured from my fracture to my entire satisfaction and I am free from my fracture. Now, yesterday (13 07 21), I sprained my back when I stretched hold my grandson and us giving severe pain. I consulted Doctor over phone. He immediately called me over WhatsApp video and advised me with medicines. The personal touch he shows towards his patients is to be highlighted. I took my dad to CNC hospital. My dad was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. Dr. Karthikeyan prescribed meds n advised physiotherapy. Along with the exercises, my dad is healing gradually. We were new to this place & it was very difficult for me to find a doctor for my husband's pain in the arm. I was just searching & I found Dr Karthikeyan of CNC Shoulder & Knee who was consulting online with his patients. I booked the appointment & at the correct time Dr gave a call & patiently listened & prescribed medicine for a week .but when pain didn't subside we called up Dr & told him we wanted to visit his clinic .As we were new we didn’t know the location too but Dr was good enough to send me the location too .We reached on time ..Dr examined my husband & listened carefully in detail all his problems .I got to mention here that Dr followed all the COVID protocols he was masked & was using a face shield & gloves too .it was already 8 pm but he was patiently guiding us the treatment to be followed . After 5 days physiotherapy & medication & exercises the pain subsided .It was a blessing meeting Dr Karthikeyan .He takes effort to visit his hospital & treat his patients in this pandemic too so that his patients are relieved of pain ..thank u Doctor
